YIN & YANG

He was the "Yin to my Yang". My partner and I are very opposite from each other. We have different personality, taste, and lifestyle. We differ in religion, beliefs, culture and principles in life. I honestly thought that we may not be compatible at all and that I was way out of his league.
But as Psychology says opposites do attract, we are two different halves together complete wholeness. We have been together for more than four years now.

Relationships truly can be as unpredictable as the most suspense-filled mystery novel, for I never expected to see myself settle in this kind of relationship. I was the type of girl who's ideal guy was someone who has same interest as mine,.. until I met him. He was my only exemption. Like any other relationships, we also have our ups and downs. Our differences usually causes our fights. It wasn't easy. The struggle to meet half way was real. It takes a lot of compromising and deep understanding to overcome situations like this. Personally because it feels like battling with yourself in order to give way for the other. As time passed by, we both learn how to deal with it. I saw his willingness to meet me halfway for the benefit of our relationship and that made me love him more.

What I have learned from our story is that Love is not supposed to be selfish. We must not lose ourselves in the process of loving but instead we must help each other grow. I also learned to respect each other's differences and that these differences does not really matter if you truly love your partner.

JMA DUTIES -> JMA PERKS

I always have been an Org - Person. Being part of School Organizations is something I always have been passionate about.
I enjoy investing my time in working on something big where my fellow students can benefit from.

I am currently an executive officer of Junior Marketing Association, it's funny how most people think that joining organizations as such will only consume your time, but what they do not see is that a student leader also has its perks.

One of the perks that I would like to share with you is shown in the pictures above. What I like most when conducting an event for the university is that we get to meet our inspiring and 'idoled' special guests. It is an honor and privilege to meet them personally and have a little chat with them.

In the left photo is me and DJ Mars Miranda (received a title as the best DJ in the Metro Manila) who guest for our social party, XPLODE2015 during the Lasallian Festival.
While on the right side is a photo of me and Ms. Laureen Uy, a fashion and travel blogger. She hosted a seminar for the Marketing student during the celebration of Marketing week.
